The Rytons A1® Fire-Rated Metal Double Ventilation Brick series represents an innovative solution designed to meet these safety demands, combining exceptional fire resistance with precision engineering to deliver reliable ventilation for contemporary buildings.

Engineered for high-rise and high-risk buildings with stringent fire safety requirements, the Rytons A1® series is manufactured from A1-rated fireproof galvanized steel, offering non-combustibility, high strength, and durability. Custom powder coating services are available, with options for matte, semi-gloss, or high-gloss finishes from the RAL Classic color chart, including bespoke architectural finishes to accommodate diverse design specifications.

Independent installation of metal vent bricks does not satisfy high-rise building regulations, which mandate all exterior wall components to comprise non-combustible materials. Compatibility between manually fabricated components (with ±5% dimensional tolerance) is only guaranteed when supplied as pre-assembled kits.

Per BS EN 13501-1:2018, galvanized steel qualifies as untested A1-rated material (non-combustible, no fire contribution).
